KITTY KAT

This is a little Twisted Easel card I made using an image kit from Crafts U Print. The kitty is decoupaged onto the front of the card.
The paper flower rosette in the corner is made from the same backing paper, folded paper glued into a round and finished with a glass jewel in the centre. These are a great way to embellish your card and they cost hardly nothing :-)
The paws are raised to keep the card open.

I am entering for SSDS Easel Card Challenge.

FROGGY LOVE

This adorable little Froggy was a freebie from Sew Many Cards on the CDAC site this week.
The colours in the Challenge were Pink, Green and Yellow.
I used pale green cardstock for the card, and covered with a sheet of pink poppies from the Hannah Hay, Poppies and Daisies collection. I then made a paper concertina from a different paper from her CD and overlaid it on the backing paper. I added decoupaged poppies and daisies. The Froggy was coloured in my graphics package and then placed on darker green card. He was then decoupaged. A suitable sentiment added and voila !

I am entering him on the Crafter's Digital Art Centre for the Colour Challenge No.17

I am entering it for Sentimental Sundays Challenge No.43

SCRAPPIN' 1

Today I am messing around with Scrapbooking and I have made this page of Little Scooby. He walked in through our door on 2nd January 2011 and made himself at home with my other cats. He was an adorable, loving little soul, but unfortunately we discovered that he had an internal birth defect and we lost him a month later. However, he did have a month of good food and loving, so it 's not all bad. :-)
I am going to enter him for the February Challenge at Scrap The Girls. It's a Blog I've just found and it inspired me to have a go.

BETTY

This little lady is called Button Betty and she is from Kelley Kids Digi Stamps by Bonna Kelley.
The sentiment is from Rainbow Echo Designs, which I placed on a tag made in my graphics programme..
I coloured Betty in my graphics programme too , and then decoupaged her in 3 layers and placed her on dusky pink card. I used a Fiskars cut + emboss edger to make 2 broderie anglaise style strips which were layered over pink daisy paper from a free paper pack with Cardmaker's magazine, then added pink ribbon.

I am entering her for Sentimental Sundays Challenge 42 - Red, Pink and White.

BABY BOY

I made this card with basic white card stock folded to make15x15 cm square card, Twisted Easel design. The panel was embossed using Pergamano multigrid No.2 and then dusted with baby blue chalk. The main image is    "Oscar "- a digistamp from Stamp Fairy. I coloured his scarf and the snowbear with palest blue. He was then mounted on pale blue card and placed on the main card over a thin blue ribbon. The inside of the card was covered with the palest baby blue paper, which I created in my graphics programme.
The name panel is cut with my CraftRobo.

I am entering him for "Basically white with a touch of colour" Challenge at Stamp Fairy.
