FEELS LIKE SPRING

It's me again,
Spring has certainly arrived here on my little Greek island - it's lovely :-)
I was inspired to make this Spring card having got a new cutting file from LITTLE SCRAPS OF HEAVEN which came with some fabulous matching papers :-D

I cut him out using my Silhouette CURIO and the flowers are die cut with a Crealies Die. I edged the teddy pieces using Distress Ink.

For the card I followed sketch #508 from SKETCH SATURDAY.

I added some KindyGlitz to the little bee wings for shine :-)

FROGGY - GO GREEN

My second piece for today is a St Patrick's Day tag to send to a friend :-)
I have used  'CARL O'BRIAN' by SCRIBBLES DESIGNS.  I paper pieced him with some croc skin and enhanced that with Copics, and his hat was done using one of the backing papers.
I cut the card from heavy cardstock. The background papers are from DOODLE PANTRY St Paddy Digi Paper Set . (No longer trading)
I fussy cut Carl and some shamrocks and then I made a little ticket. I tied on a floral button, a beaded stick pin and added some feathers to finish.

I am going to brave the weather down and walk the Doggo down the mountain where I shall have coffee with a chum. psssst.... I've heard she's made cake LoL

I hope that you are all well and maybe looking forward to a bit of crafting this weekend ?

Here is the first of a couple of recent card commissions.
This first one is for a friend. I usually do him something to do with magic, but this year I just got this great Shark cutting file from BIRD's CARDS so I decided to use him as it made me chuckle.

I hand cut the pieces - only because I was too lazy to set up my cutting machine LoL

This is a great set and there is even a video on BIRD's Blog that shows you how to put this all together :-)  You can find it HERE.

I used the Tag file for the front and the Pop-Out Shark for inside, and added some googly eyes.

I'M BACK AGAIN !!

Good morning Peeps and I hope you are all well. I am back again after having some surprise visitors for a couple of days and I have really had such a wonderful time. People I haven't seen for about 28 years !!!!! :-D
So - feeling bright and chipper this morning, I was browsing the Challenges and was inspired to create....... so I made this.........

It's one of those 'Slider', 'Roller', 'Spinner' thingies.... whatever you call it - I can't remember LoL

The image is from The East Wind as I was inspired to join their latest Challenge.

When I saw the Blog title I got a certain song in my head -  which will probably be with me all day - but I sung out loud to it whilst creating this card Hahahaha :-D

I think he's listed as a Rat, but hey - it's my card right ?!! LoL

He does actually roll along but you obviously can't photograph the movement :-) I coloured him with Spectrum Noir pens and Derwent pencils.

I used lots of snippets from my cuttings box to make the card and a couple os little Greek coins.

Thanks for popping in. I will be back again at the weekend to publish some of my latest card commission creations but I have to get the images off my camera first. ! This new computer system that I have doesn't do it the way I'm used to so it takes me a bit of fiddling about !!!

MY CARD ORDER FINISHED :-)

Hello Peeps and happy weekend !! :-)
Here's what I have been working on recently.

I saw this Double Bow card the other day on Fiki's Blog at BAD KITTY'S CRAFT ROOM and I just had to go buy the File.... it's just fabulous and so versatile. I used it for one of the wedding cards on order and made another more Goth style.

I downsized the bow for the Goth card but forgot to do that on the back 'ribbon' but it still looks ok :-)

I had already been inspired by a card I saw on her Blog but I didn't have the Bow File at that time, so I made my own and did this one .....

I made the bow by hand and also used various cutting files and dies for the rest :-)

And lastly, here is the Greek Baptism card I was asked to make.......

I have fussy cut and layered the font to make it 3D and used a cutting file to make the little Dove and added a tiny silver cross charm in his beak.

FITNESS ANYONE ???!!

Good morning Peeps,

Well - there are ' Watchers '  and ' DO-ers ' in anything in life , right ?!! 
I had a bit of fun with the image to be used in GERDA STEINER's Progressive Challenge for February.
I went over to the Shop and bought him and a couple of others, so that I can join this Challenge. I think next month I will get an image to play with for Free.
This little image is called  " Jump Rope Bunny ", and it's the image for February.

I printed out the jumping bunny several times, and I also bought from the Shop  " Nerdy But Nice Bunny" and he is the Fitness Instructor, and sneeking a peek around the corner is another that I bought today.. " Peeking Panda " cuz he's obviously the Watcher not a DO-er hahaha  :-D

I used Spectrum Noir pens and a lead pencil to colour my creation.

I hope you got a giggle at my creation. :-D
