YPP JUNE TICKET KIT SWAP

Good morning Peeps,
I am here to show you my Kits for the latest ARTSY FARTSY TICKET KIT SWAP over at YOUR PAPER PANTRY. This time the theme was Red/White + Blue and include a Bottle Top.
I decided to do 2 different Kits - one for the USA and one for the UK :-D

I used 'Little Kitty ClipArt' by MOM's ANGELS DESIGNS, 4th July Scrapkit by Amanda Heimann Designs , bottle cap from local establishment :-)  Liberty picture from Web.

'UK BULLDOG' by me at IKEsART, coloured with Promarkers. Background - JUBILEE KIT  from MY CRAFT STUDIO ,bottle cap from same establishment :-)

The idea is to put all the pieces in a baggie to construct your own Ticket Kit and then we send them off to swap. I have a lot of fun with these and you get great kits sent back :-D

WOULDN'T WANT TO MEET HER ON A DARK NIGHT :-D LoL

Hello Peeps,
Got a bit of a scare for you today.
I drew up this new image and called her "SCAiRY FAIRY" as I was meant to join in with the BLOG HOP over at SMEARED & SMUDGE FACEBOOK GROUP and then I completely forgot to put my name down bwaahahahaha - what a Dingbat.
Anyhoo, I thought I would Blog her anyway and down below is a link for the actual HOP itself so you can go and have a little  browsette :-D

I coloured her with Spectrum Noir pens and then did her wings with Stickles - which I am sure you know don't photograph at all !!! LoL Then I scanned her back in and set her on a digital background and added a senti :-D

BIRTHDAY PENGUINS

Hello Peeps,
I am here to show you a card I made using some gorgeous little Penguins from 2 CUTE INK. 
I have used "Penguin Balloon" and "Birthday Penguin".
I used a backing paper from DECOSSEs DYNAMITE DOODLES with balloons on, that she made for Patacake's Birthday Bash :-D, and some scraps of card from my bits box.
I followed the Sketch given over at The Papercraft Crew Challenge, and just flipped it around to landscape.

I've been making lots of other cards for commissions which are very pretty and soooo not like me.... but I will shock you with those a bit later hahahaha LoL

QUOTH THE RAVEN QUEST #45 - PICTURE INSPIRATION... WEEK 3 REMINDER

Hello Peeps,
Here I am with my DT inspiration piece for WEEK 3 reminder of our current QUEST #45 over at QUOTH THE RAVEN.
Here is the picture we have offered as inspiration....

and here is my piece for this week.......

I have used backgrounds from Crafty Chaos and the main stamp is from the Quoth The Raven rubber stamp set by SMEARED INK (no longer trading). I then fussy cut him and mounted him on foamies.

I found a clipart of an ink bottle in my book and then cut up a feather to make a pen. The little roses are from my stash. Behind his head I used a bit of masking tape with "Quoth The Raven" stamped on it - since I don't have Washi Tape LoL :-D

Hello EverybodyPeeps,

Here I am with my latest DT creation for OSAAT over at Challenge #239 - ANYTHING GOES - MEN

I got to use 'Old School Diving Helmet' from Floppy Latte. I coloured it digitally to make it look like brass and then I added it to a picture of some sponges, and old photo of Greek divers and a map of my island. Kalymnos was once prolific for the catching and trade of sponges. We have a diving museum and there are many people here who died or were injured in this business. :-(

So, here is my piece in appreciation of my cranium and a tribute to my fave Edgar Allan POE....... this is a glimpse of his writing desk. It has his memoirs book and skully inkwell.....you didn't know he wrote in blood with a sharpened Raven feather did you ???    bwaahahaha

I snuck in and took this photo whilst he wasn't here but I better skidaddle now in case he comes back and finds me :-D

ANOTHER ATC SWAP

Here's another ATC Swap I like to do quite often over at KRISTY's BLOOMIN' JOURNEY FACEBOOK GROUP.
The theme for  APRIL was "Bunnies" and I decided to go for the shock-horror bunny instead of the expected fluffy sort :-)

I made up my own backing paper and then I used multiple images of my 'ZOMBIE BUNNY' from IKEsART - 'Zombie Pet Shop Part 2' and fussy cut him in different layers to make him 3D. He was coloured with Promarkers, and layered up with silicone. I thought he might be a bit gory for the Group but apparently, they loved him :-)

MAY's theme was "Flowers" and I went pretty 'normal with this one :-)

I used rubber stamps from Unity Stamp Co and Rubbadubbadoo and the background was made by stenciling through a die cut left-over.

ATC SWAPS

Here are some more Swaps...  I love the ATC Swap over at MY CRAFTS FORUM - which is hosted by Shirley Gaskin,  - and I realised I have not Posted my creations for March, April or May !!!! 

MARCH was "Paws For Thought" and as an avid cat lover, I had to go with kitties right ??!!! :-)

APRIL  was "Remember Childhood" and I used a stamp from DeStempelwinkel as the main image, with dictionary definition pages for a background.

MAY had the theme of 1970's FASHION and here are my ATCs using images I drew in Art College during that period :-D  WoW !!! Takes me back a ways hahaha :-D 

You may recognize a couple of these images which have been updated and dragged into the present in my Shop at IKEsART.  :-D

I forget to Post about these - I have to get them made so early because of DonkeyMail, so I made a batch to cover 6 months and then they slipped my mind. I have one more set for June, but I can't put piks of those up yet !!! :-)

ARTSY FARTSY TICKET SWAPS

Good morning and Happy Monday,
I am here with the first of a few Posts showing schtuff I have made recently - but I couldn't post until they arrived as a lot are Swaps and it spoils the surprise if I Post too soon. :-D 
Here is my Ticket Kit for the Swap over at Artsy Fartsy Ticket Swaps on YOUR PAPER PANTRY :-) We put together all the bits and bobs into a kit and swap that and we make one of them up to show peeps what they could do with it. The theme for May was "BUGS", so I did some typically found here in Greece :-D

I used some 'brick wall' card for the backing ticket and the critters are a mix of Silhouette cut files and clipart images. The Mozzie is mounted on a little strip of heavy acetate so he looks like he is just hovering there.

Obviously my Kit recipients will make something completely different with theirs. I made 10 kits and will get 9 assorted ones back from other people - which will be such a wheeze :-D  Can't wait !!! :-D
