I LUV BOOKS

Hello crafting Peeps and happy Sunday,
I am taking a bit of crafting time today.
I must say that I love books and always find joy in the fact that I have the ability to read. I really love the smell of old bookshops :-D
I saw a great Challenge over at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers and decided to use one of my own digis that I have never coloured up and used before. I drew it as a commission for one of my DT Girlz and I never really realized how complicated it was to colour hahahaha
It is called " THE BOOK DEN ".
Here is my card and I have set the image on a picture of an old crusty book :-D


I coloured it using Spectrum Noir Markers, and found a great quote on the Web.

    Great colouring Ike, love the picture over the fireplace. Is there any chance you could do the image minus the skeletons one day please. I have several people I could use it for but know they would not appreciate the skeleton humour!

    This is such a great image, although I see what you mean, it would take a good chunk of time to colour it. :P (And ooh, that Warhol -ish print over the fireplace!) Totally fabulous. Thanks for joining the fun at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers!
