Well - it's Wednesday again and here I am playing in What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday or WOYWW #217. That means it's time to blog surf around the World and have a peak at what art others are doing on their desks. If you want to find out about this or join in go to Julia's blog at STAMPING GROUND.
This week I am showing you a Pergamano frame that I have just finished.
This definitely makes my eyes bad and I end up going through four different pairs of glasses by the end of the day they get stronger each time !!! LoL
In the background are some of my ' Back to School' tickets I am making for a Swap :-D
Thank you for visiting - now I'm off round the world for my weekly 'fix' :-D Much LUV xxxxxxxxxxxx

ReplyDeleteLynn :)
Wow, that's really intricate. How very clever you are. We think it would get our fur in a twist trying that.
ReplyDeleteHugs from the bears @#78
Thanks for visiting already - your pergamano is lovely. Yes, hard on the eyes. I, too, have to swap glasses every now and then - and use a large magnifying day light!!! Must be getting old or something.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Margaret
Thanks for visiting me! I like the backgrounds you made. I can't wait to see the finished ones :) Uniflame - 81
ReplyDeleteAnd I am not reading right, haha. I thought those were background frames. What are you going to use them for?
DeleteThe detail in the frame is amazing. You are lucky to still have vision after finishing all that work. Incredibly beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSandra @69
Goodness, Ike, that's absolutely amazing! It looks like Honiton lace. Soo beautiful, and I'm not surprised it was doing your eyes in. I've never tried Pergamano - it's gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your lovely comment - yes, it's all very exciting. We are anticipating moving on Tues. 27th Aug. now, if the removal firm isn't booked up. We've got a very tight schedule because we've got to work round Mum coming down on 28th.
Happy WOYWW,

ReplyDeleteOMG! That is amazing, I would never be able to do that! Sucks getting old with the eyesight doesn't it? I have to rotate what I do - reading is the worst - I have no trouble reading but if I read for too long afterwards can't see to do anything else!! Thanks for the earlier visit and happy WOYWW Cindy
ReplyDeleteWow - this is fantastic - though it would make my eyes water just thinking about it! - I'm not surprised you had to keep changing to stronger glasses!
ReplyDeleteBernice #39

Thanks for visiting my desk already! Now my eyes would be bad after making something like this! WOW it is stunning and you must have serious patience #85
ReplyDeleteOoh your parchment is beautiful - I don't do so much these days as I used to.
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my workdesk & leaving a comment. I think you were a little mislead on the embossing folders - they are not A3 - but there 3 folders there. Sorry about that confusion. #21
lovely frame . Thanks for stopping by earlier. The big pink thing on my desk is my Crop o Dail made by We 'R' Memory keepers. It's used for making holes on paper & seting eyelets. Check out youtube for more info. I love mine. Jill #99
ReplyDeleteoh my goodness I have always admired pergamano from a distance, yours is exquisite
ReplyDeleteBridget #63
Your frame is exquisite -so detailed no wonder that you need your specs! Thanks for calling by earlier! Ali#101
ReplyDeleteI thought this was lace! I've always envied folk with the patience to do pergamano, although I'm sure it must be tough on the eyes, I bet you need lots of breaks! Now..Hugh Jackman - fantastic, just that I do not like 3D - mind you Hugh made it bearable, Thanks for visiting, Chris46
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting me earlier and leaving your kind comment. Loving your gorgeous frame. I love the intricacy of this type of papercraft but so don't have the patience or coordination to do something so detailed. Loving your cute little tickets too! Happy WOYWW! Danie #25
ReplyDeleteThat frame is incredible, I would go insane doing that. You have a lot of patience and I can see how your eyes would be bad.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Von #34
Fabulous pergamon frame you have created... I can imgine why the glasses had to go up in strength! Annette #1 for the first time in 4 years!
ReplyDeleteThis is an amazing frame. What a beautiful piece. I don't even own four pair of glasses, so that made me smile when I read it. I can understand, though.
ReplyDeleteLoved the tickets. Clever and cute. Happy belated WOYWW from #2.
I'm a bit late visiting this week....I had a really manic day yesterday with my sewing. Thought I'd call in before today became the same!

Beautiful frame, and such a lot of work in it. I have not done any for a while, but I do use a lightbox, which makes things easier on the eyes. Thank you for your visit this week. The guillotine has a reasonable safety protection, but it is just so accurate. I would not want to be without it now. Hope you have a good week. xx Maggie #48
ReplyDeleteThis is utterly impressive!! If you can read this, I wish you a Happy Belated WOYWW! Enjoy the rest of your week!! Darnell #118
