I was messing with a semi-cutesie image and trying to make it a little more 'other side-ish' and I came up with this.......
This little guy was drawn by Naomi of CREATIVE BUG ON THE LOOSE, and she is sponsoring at The Crafters' Cafe this week. I have coloured him by 'paper piecing' digitally in PSE9. His background is 'Bats + Eyes' by Cute and Useful.
Challenges I am entering:
The Crafters' Cafe Challenge #20 - Anything Goes
So realistic and creative. Love the scary background.

Oh we agree with that sentiment, apart from Podgy, who says he never gets scared! We're looking forward to the revamped desk pics next WOYWW. :)
ReplyDeleteOh what fun, Ike! Love it! It reminds me of the pic I found somewhere and added permanently on the bottom of my blog - "Teddy Bears, protecting innocent children from monsters under the bed since 1902." There is absolutely nothing like a teddy (or equivalent) for keeping monsters at bay!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your lovely comment. I'd love to share my new creative space with WOYWW-ers - just don't all descend on me at once ha ha!! I'm sure I could sneak you in though. It's all looking lovely at the moment but wait till I start making a mess in there!!!
Happy WOYWW,

Awesome digi work Ike!
ReplyDeleteohhhh man you really made him look scared.... I can almost imagine him saying "I see dead people..."
ReplyDeleteOMG you are too funny...this card made me chuckle! It is a true success!
ReplyDeleteGood one Ike! And congrats on having a tidy up! xxx

Once again you take this image to new heights. You should send Naomi the link. I know she'd love to see it. I could have used this in the midway for a different sort of caring!
