OMGoodness I actually made it through.... wooo hooo !!! It's been a struggle at times but very enjoyable and I am sorry it is now over. THANK YOU to Smeared & Smudged for hosting this stupendous event. I actually made it thus far without 'blotting my copybook' so to speak..... until now................. bwaahahahaha...... how could I resist................

Well - would you believe it... my brain was struggling to find 31 things to do for this huge Hop with Smeared & Smudged Forum , and NOW it clicks into gear and I can't stop thinking of things I would have done !!!  Oh well, ho dee hum.
Today's offering seems a bit of a cop out now, but I made thee little guys as a 'stand by' in case anything happened to me, so I'm just going to group them all together in a lump today :-)  They are little taggies and a sweetie holder (I ate the sweetie !!!!) I was messing about drawing this face last month and so I decided to use it and make it into a pumpkin :-D  The Word Art was a FREEBIE from my friend Lady Editor. 31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN.... DAY 28

Right-Ho , this is my third thing for today..... my daily offering for 31 Days of Halloween with Smeared & Smudged. I am having such a blast doing this.  Now - today being Friday - it is SMEARED INK day and I have used an image from their 'Little Bit Batty' set.  Take a look at the size of this puppy !!!!!  That is one of the wonders of digital images isn't it ? You can make them any size you want :-)
I have covered a ring with black felt and then made some black paper flowers. The orange leafy bits I cut in my Sizzix.
Now this bat is 8" x 4"...... darn HUGE, I say !!!! I printed him out 8 times and have decoupaged him (3D) to make him stand out !!
Behind I printed on a piece of parchment and stuck a couple of tea lights behind. There are several pikkies 'cos I tried to get it in the dark but it didn't quite work.  It glows in the first one :-D   Hey-Ho   :-)

DELICIOUS DOODLES CHALLENGE

OK - here is my second offering of the Day. This fortnight at Delicious Doodles our Challenge is  Good versus Evil.
Saintly Good stuff, or Ghostly Evil stuff. We are celebrating two festivals-  Halloween on 31st October and All Saints Day which follows on 1st November. You get to choose which theme to follow and it is up to you whether you make something saintly and good or just down right evil, or you could combine them both, it's up to you!!   ............ hahahaha
For my creation I have used 'Snakeskin' as a backing and my frame is 'Celtic Frame 2'. The image I drew myself - I've been messing with this for ages and it's still not quite right !!!.

Anyways, this is such a brilliant theme - I hope you will come over and join us and have some fun.... c'mon.... let your wicked side come out :-D xxxx

I have used 'Uptown Angel' and I coloured her digitally. The backing papers and frame are from Tempus Fugit and Mountain Goat Designs.

Gosh - we are rattling along through October aren't we ? It will all soon be over :-(   If you have been following the Wicked Bloggers throughout this Smeared & Smudged extravaganza, I am sure you have been awestruck at the amazing projects that have been produced... Todays project is a take-off of a TV cookery programme with Nigella Lawson... don't know if any of you have seen it, but I have used a Sassy Studio image (she actually comes in a frame but I cut it off)which I think looks a bit like her and so this is what I came up with      :-) ...

Her 'cooking ingredients' are from the Gross Anatomy set from Smeared Ink and I have coloured them with Copics. The  witch image was coloured digitally and I placed her on a generic kitchen background photo from the web.

Hello Scary Peeps,
I still keep threatening to do something really gory and horrible for the 31 Days challenge, but I am not so sure now I will get round to it in time. :-(  I have tried some things that just aren't working and one thing was far too gross to even publish !!
So, today I have a kinda cutesy one... I just love this cat !!
He is called 'Goofy Cat' from Bugaboo. I have used papers from Susan Godfrey's 'Autumn Bounty' kit for the backing. There is some paper pleating and stuff... just to be different, and I've added some decoupaged pumpkins.

SMUDGY ANTICS DT PROJECT - LEATHER & LACE

Good Monday Morning Everyone,
Today is my Design Team project for Smudgy Antics, and our theme this week is Leather & Lace.
I have used as my main image "Melina" from Smeared Ink. She is from the new 'Goth Fairies' set and they are all truly beautiful. I have coloured her digitally.
My backing papers are all from Crafty Chaos -  'Gothic Bruise' set, and I have added some digital lace.
My flowers were made with Leather using a flowers cutter from Crealies. I put some amethist brads in the centres and used some purple netting for effect.

31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN DAY 22

Hello Everyone,
I hope you are having a fabulous time hopping round on this 31 days of Halloween extravaganza with Smeared & Smudged. Today I have put two things for you to see 'cos I thought one of them was such a cheat that I couldn't put it on it's own.
On the left is a Halloween tissue box cover from Seneca Pond. It's just print and cut.... eeeeeezy peeeezy and Fab except that I can't get that shape of tissue box here in Greece hahahahahaha !!!!!!  I had to just stick a tissue out the top for show. LoL.
My proper project is a card made with a little image I love but I can't remember where it came from !!!! I have 'paper pieced' the baggie with a proper photo of some hessian. The kitty is coloured digitally and then the whole thing is cut out 4 times and decoupaged for added 3D. :-)  Cool eh ???

Well, gotta go now 'cos I am off to the beach today for the last time with friends who go back to England and stuff in the winter :-(   I am here all year round and I love it !!. I can tell it's getting cooler though 'cos all my kitties sit all over me in the evenings LoL  :-D

I used my Sizzix to cut the swirls and I made the flower myself.

CDAC FREEBIE PROGRESSIVE CHALLENGE... ROUND 5

Hi Peeps,
This is my 1st entry to the CDACPC Round 5.
For this piece I have made  DIET INCENTIVE HANGING   :-D  Not that it would probably work for me. hahahaha
I made my own backing paper using dictionary definition of words to do with Diet and Cookies etc etc. The Grim Reaper image is from Delicious Doodles. I have not coloured him but left him as is. I added a little shadow though to give him impact.
The freebie image for the Progressive Challenge is the Cookies from Digidrawn. I printed them onto watercolour paper and coloured them with water colours, 'wet on wet' technique. I really like how they came out. :-) I then cut them out and decoupaged them onto my backing with silicone. I have added a little glow behind them to make them more of a temptation, BUT look who you are fighting against !! Bwahahahaaha

Here's a pikkie of the cookies close-up so you can see they are actually stuck on there... 'cos I think it looks kinda fake staright on !!!

Today I have a bit of a scary one for you. I have used paper from Crafty Chaos Designs 'Jezebel's Remains' set with a sentiment panel from their 'Darkly Random' set. These are attached to my scary eyes with faux stitching. Blood spatter effect is from Claudi Designs.
If you look really, REALLY closely into the eyes, you will find my Deamon digi is there...... it's what she can see coming to get her ...bwaahahahahaha.... better RUN !!!!

Today I have done a small project.... I am working on something bigger but I don't know when it will be ready !! I used a shaped card for this, with a template that was given to us last month on Smeared & Smudged for the GDT Challenge.

I have used Monster 1 and a freebie Boo! sentiment from Stamp Fairy. I 'paper pieced' the Monster with some freebie paper I got the other day from the Sizzix Newsletter, and printed him 3 times to decoupage for added pop. The outside of the card uses cemetery gates from Mountain Goat Designs.

His childminder decided to dress him as a pumpkin for Halloween .... snort.... seems a bit like child abuse to me as he had no say in the matter, and looks suitably unimpressed !!   What WILL he think when we dig this picture out to show when he's 21 !!!   bwahahahaha  :-D

I have used 'Thurston' from the Gargoyles Set from Smeared Ink and teamed him up with 'Lady Raven' from Kenny K. I have sat them up on top of Notre Dame. Here is a little card I made as a commission for a friend's 30th Wedding Anniversary :-) They wanted something different and requested a Zombie/Gothic one, so I came up with this. I hope the recipients aren't freaked out !!!  I think he will find it amusing but I'm not so sure about her. :-) Hahahahaha I am also entering it for the 'Oh, the Horror' Challenge over at Smeared & Smudged.

Today is a bit of a biggie because I have 3 things to show you, to fit in with my various DT requirements.
The first is for Simply Create Challenge 54 - Shades of Black.
I have used backing papers from The Angel company and have torn one and edged with red chalk. I made a paper pleat from plain black paper and have added some feathers - kindly donated by my chickens - and a lovely black velvet flower I bought recently. Doily is from Poppy's Cabin. The main image is 'Vamp' from Strange Skin. I coloured her digitally and with Copics (bit of a luagh there 'cos I've only got 5 colours  - but it sounds good doesn't it ? hee hee )

My second offering is for Delicious Doodles Challenge No. 4 'Halloween but NO Orange'.
The background is my own drawing in pen and ink and I have used 'Kitty Witch' from Delicious Doodles. I have coloured her digitally and then added some cut up feathers from my chickens (again !!! they will end up bald hahahaha) to decoupage onto her shoulder sections. I've added a spooky glow, but it's not exactly orange !! :-D

My 3rd is my project for Day 14 of 31 Days of Halloween at Smeared & Smudged. Since today is Friday I have used a Smeared Ink image...............   PLEASE SCROLL DOWN for DAY 14.............

This is made with the new image from Smeared Ink - 'Bluebird Rider'... isn't this just soooooo awesome ???!!!  I coloured him with chalk pastel pencils.  'OMG' I hear you say.... she can colour manually, other than digitally ???!!!   Yuss   :-D  ... Because this image  is soooo fabulous, I decided not to put anything else with it so that you don't get distracted - just take a close look at this and you know you have to go and buy it !!!! I made a Z fold card using a FREE paper from Paper Pad Challenge - you have to check out this site :-D    'Nuff said .....

Here are two more entries for the Progressive Freebie Digi Challenge over at CDAC.
My First is using a Simply Betty Image from 'The Potters' range. My backing papers are freebies from Free Craft Downloads. I have 'paper pieced' the witches' dress in pumpkin paper and also the kitty - using a photo of my own kitties fur :-) I coloured her digitally and have added some sparkle glue coming from her wand. It doesn't show up too well though :-(
I embossed a piece of plain pumpkin card with my Sizzix then added some silk leaves and a handmade flower.

My second one is using a fabulous little image from JenLee over at CDAC. She was a freebie to me for entering 3 projects into Round 4 of the Challenge. :-)  Cool eh ??!!!  I fell in love with it when she entered it into the digital drawing contest. Isn't she a lovely little witch ?!! I have coloured her digitally and used freebie papers again from  Free Craft Downloads.

Phew - I've been working in the garden all day today as it was sunny and hot and have just come in to find that Scheduler didn't work on my Blog !!!!  Grrrr

31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN..... DAY 12

Here I am again at Day 12 and I feel very strange today.... sort of electric/zingy/nervousness like I have forgotten something really important or something bad is about to happen !!  I know it's still a bit stormy here but I dunno !!!

I am also a Horrifying Hopper and I have been seeing some awesome creations out there... you simply MUST visit and take a look :-)
Well, today I have made something especially for Susan over at Pieces of Fate, because she has been plagued the last few days by the Fly from Hell !!!! So, I have made a spider who will leap over there and munch it up for her :-)

I photographed him and then put the photo of him onto a lovely Free backing paper I got last month, but unfortunately I can't remember where I got it from.... sorry !!!  I will try to find out :-(
I have given him a drop shadow to make it like he's just danglin' there :-D  He is made from a styrofoam ball with wire legs and is covered with paper mache. I have stuck on 8 assorted googly eyes and painted a big grin to make him less scary !!  I have made one of these before about 2 years ago and he was bought by a couple who took him back to France. I must admit that the Greeks were really un-nerved by him LoL.  My friend makes the most amazing little clay Boots and she has promised to make me some for him at some point in the future. :-D

31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN.... DAY 11

Well, here we are at Day 11 of  31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN at Smeared & Smudged  :-)
My project today is especially for Edgar, who is hosting Alex's Blog. I thought this might amuse him as a mini tribute :-)
I have used a paper from the 'Absolution Deferred' set by Crafty Chaos as my frame and the papers used for my 'Iris Folding' centrepiece were from Scrappincop. The Crow in the middle is by Anni Arts and is part of a card kit.

31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN .... DAY 10

Hello Lovely Peeps,
I have two projects for you today. The first one is my DT creation for this week's Challenge over at Smudgy Antics - 'Black Birds'.
I have made a double Z card and used a new image from Smeared Ink - Cemetery Gate - isn't it Fab ??!! 
I coloured it digitally.

The main paper I used is from Paper Pad Challange, where you can get the most awesome papers FREE. The sentiment tags I made myself using quotes from POE.

Bat on a stick anyone ???!!!  
This is my second little offering. I made him by cutting circles of black card and sticking them together and added some wings and a bat face from Smeared Ink's 'A Little Bit Batty' set. I'm sure he'd be really tasty with a little garlic sauce. :-D
