We are having another Blog Hop over at Smeared & Smudged, and if you've arrived here from Helen then you're on the right track.
Want to know what our theme is?Your challenge this time around is to ALTER SOMETHING! The rule is it has to be something three dimensional; so a book, a bag, a box etc etc. Also, don't forget the S&S rule that is has to be stamped somewhere (digis are fine).
I have used a plastic carton that my egg candling lamp came in. I know it's not very exciting but I am pretty new to this altering stuff thing !! There's about a 3/4 inch gap between the back and the 'screams' frame and I wanted to try and shine a light from the side but the effect was crap, so I ditched that idea.
Anways, I have made a mock-up of the Laughing Cavalier by Frans Hals, and a Cenobite from the film "Hellraiser" as I am also going to enter this for the 'Oh, The Horror' Challenge over at Smeared & Smudged. I have melded the new face into an image of the original painting, but left his moustache and beard ... snort. :-D I then printed it 4 times or so and 3D'd certain parts to give some depth. I made a quicky digi of the Scream mask to make a frame, so that's 2 films isn't it ??? Anyhow, the plastic container is see through so they look like they are floating in front !! :-D
I did a close up so you can see him better ....
Here's the Blog Hop list so's you can go round and see the other brilliant creations and please leave everyone some love :-D Thanks for stopping by. Next stop Fiona.
