PUSSYCAT LUV

Hi there,

Our Challenge this week over at Stamp, Scrap and Doodle Saturday is a SKETCH. This one is from our very own Siobhan Kline, and our Sponsor is Robyn's Fetish.
I have used 'Pussycat Luv' by Robyn together with papers from Peppermint Creative's 'Candy Kisses' range. I coloured the kitties in my graphics programme and then printed them out 4 times so that I could decoupage them for 3D effect. I used a doily from Poppy's Cabin and the ribbon is from my stash. I made the sentiment in my graphics programme and attached it with brads.

I have made this card for my best mate's Daughter-in-Law, who has just passed her final exams to become a Doctor :-D
I used papers from Peppermint Creative 'Casual Friday' and Little Sizzles from Sizzix plus blue cardstock. The flowers and foliage were cut with Sizzix dies, and the bottom was punched with a Martha Stewart border punch. I used Nestabilities for backing plates and made my own sentiment tag. I decoupaged my little Forever Friends bear to make him 3D. The amber sticky jewels were from my stash.

MACABRE MONDAY MENACING MERMAID

Hello faithful Peeps,

It's all the M's today  :-D. This week over at Haunted design House, the Macabre Monday Challenge is 'Menacing Mermaids'.

Now, I've made mine looking pretty good from a distance, but the sailors would get a real shock when they got up close to her..... and she ripped them up and ate them  bwaahahaha. 

She has taken me 2 days to draw and colour and it totally digitally produced. I am going to put her in my Shop both in pre-coloured and the plain digi. Pity her mouthful of piranah teeth don't show up very well in the photo. :-)
I have cut her out and sat her in front of a watercolour of the sea so she feels at home. :-D

Another one from me today. !!
I was browsing and I came across the site of someone I know from CDAC and a fellow Design Team member at Simply Create - Diane. Well, on her blog she is having her 1st Contest and you can win one of her unpublished stamps. Cool eh ?? Anyway, she is also offering up a free digi with which to play in the contest. It's a fab basket of corn  (No.96).
I have coloured mine in my graphics programme and put it with 'Crow' by Anni Arts and Pumpkin Bear (who I can't remember who he's from ... sorry). I have made a step card and decoupaged the basket and the bear onto it.

KURIOUSLY KORRODED KENNY & "June Smeared and Smudged Sketch Challenge"

Me again Peeps,

I have made this for the Kuriously Korroded Challenge over at Haunted Design House. The idea is to have something  ripped, smudged, torn, sanded, acid-eaten, burned, mangled...  etc.
Since my DH wouldn't let me near his little stash of acidy stuff, I had to go for the ripped/torn/smudged bit !!  I really don't think he trusts me.......  hahahaha        

The sponsor this week is Kenny K and I have used his 'Miss Fortune' - isn't she FAB.?  I bought my first three Kenny K's just yesterday, so am a KK virgin LoL :-)   I coloured her in my graphics programme, printed her 4 times and cut her up to make her 3D - so she sticks out even more than she does already... larf  :-D  I thought she should be a blonde bombshell this time. !

I have used backing papers from The Angel Company which I have distressed with sandpaper and torn their edges, then I rubbed them with ink pads.  I did the same thing with my piece of red card. I added some spider web paper over which I strung a red netting baggy that I got some plastic beakers in the other day, and a skully fence for her to sit upon.  I attached all this to the backing section with blood red brads. The red velvet Poinsettia is a hangover from Christmas. I made a sentiment card and stapled it on and added a bow for balance.

I am also entering her for the Smeared & Smudged Sketch Challenge.

I have chosen to use the colour scheme from the photo for my project, which is an easel card. I have used papers and elements from the 'Candy Kisses' set from Peppermint Creative. The digi image is one of my own designs and is available in my shop in pre-coloured version as shown here or plain to colour yourself.

WINGS

Hi Everybody,
The Challenge this time over at  Simply Create is "Wings", which is pretty cool huh? Let your imagination run wild and come over and join in the fun.
I have made this card using papers from Susan Godfrey's kit 'Quietude' and used my Martha Stewart and Nellie Snellen punches. I coloured the image with chalk pencils. The little Bluetit image is one of my own available from my Shop.

NEW GIRL IN TOWN

Hello Peeps,
Here is my latest new girl on the slightly dark and gothic side. She's available in the Shop now.
