TICKET KIT SWAP

Good morning Peeps,
I hope you are having a happy crafting day.
I have popped in to show my Kits which I made for the  January 2016 ARTSY FARTSY POCKET CARD KIT SWAP over at YOUR PAPER PANTRY. 

The theme this month is VALENTINES and I made 2 kits to send. Being obsessed with cats - one had to have kitties on it right ??? !!! LoL

I used an assortment of punches and dies and papers from my bitz boxes, together with lace and flowers from my stash. The kitty is a die set from Marianne Collectables  which comes with the great little sentiment stamp.:-D

The paper I used to make the baggies was a Freebie from LEELOU BLOGS called "Love You 3".

The idea is to create a kit to make a ticket - in this case we are now doing ATC sized - 2.5 x 3.5 - so that people can use them for pocket letters etc. Inside the packet is everything you need to either make the same as I did or shuffle your pieces around and make something different. :-D

It's such a fun way to get creative on a mini scale :-D

You make 10 sets - keep 1 for yourself and post 9 off to the lovely Hostess - Linda Lapotka, and you get 9 sets back from different people :-D Her Blog is Scrapcat Cards by Linda and you can also find her here at the YPP Ning site.

CUT AND SHOVE

Hello Peeps,

Well, you should see the mess my workbench is in. !!! I have bits and snippets all over the place... mostly to the right, which is where I 'shove' after I have cut. hahaha I think before long it will all be piling up against the wall, so I decided to make some last minute cards using the snippets up.
Here's my first one which is using snippets from MEINLILAPARK Snowflake papers, and some bits of the Bright Christmas ' pack from FAR FAR HILLS .
I added a glitter MC sentiment and a gold shiny snowflake. 
The main image is my little rescue pooch, Moishe, wearing his festive Chrimbo hat. I have had him almost a year now.

This card is for my friends who have his sister pup Mishka, so I thought she might like a photo of her Bruv  LoL.

CHILLY DAY AT THE BEACH

Just dipping in again today Folks with my piece for the DeSTEMPELWINKEL Challenge #21.
It is still warm here but I decided to do a chilly, wintry day at the beach.
I have used "At The Beach " Rubber stamp set Plate #32.

I stamped the rolling waves stamp in grey several times across the sheet, masking off what I didn't want and then drew some of my neighbour islands on the horizon.

I coloured it all slightly with grey and ice blue pencils.

I then stamped out the pelican on the posts and some extra posts and a little seagull. I coloured these with Promarkers.

I stamped the  snowy tree ( b21735) up in the corner and then put some Stickles on the snowy bits.

My embellishment is some die cut fur sprigs and a gorgeous dragonfly from SAMFLORA. :-)

It's not as cold as this down on the beach yet but I expect it will look something like this come February :-D

Well Peeps,
I am still toiling away at cards and have got a huge rush on to get the ones posted !! At least going from here TO the UK is so much quicker than coming !! 
Here is a special one for a good friend who loves Guinea Pigs. The image is from MISS RACH.

He was coloured with Spectrum Noir pens and the background papers are from the 'Bright Christmas ' pack from FAR FAR HILLS. I added some Kindyglitz to his hat and a little snowflake embellie.

My second one is a commission card - the lady lives in Brighton and has 2 Yorkies, so it always has something to do with those things :-D

I used my cutting machine to cut out the window, the tree and the lights. I coloured things using Spectrum Noir pens and then added glitz and sparkles to the tree. The lights were finished with diamond glaze.

I am still finding extra things to do and now I feel I am coming down with something yukky - sweats, headache and muzzy head !!!!  :-(

QUOTH THE RAVEN QUEST #51 - HO HO POE ... MERRY CHRISTMAS... Midway Reminder

Hi Peeps,

Here I am with my piece for this month's Quest #51 over at QUOTH THE RAVEN. The theme is HO HO POE - MERRY CHRISTMAS and the Challenge is to make a festive piece but it must be somehow connected to EDGAR ALLAN POE.

I have used my images from IKEsART... LENORE and GOTHIC WINDOW and for the scene outside the window I have used a background from SMEARED INK.

I coloured my images with Promarkers and Lenore is fussy cut and popped up on foamies for 3D effect.
She is wearing her bestest Christmas frock, and even POE and the Raven are wearing their Chrimbo hats :-D 

You have until 6th JANUARY 2016 to play along, so I hope you can squeeze something in there :-)

SCRIBBLES DESIGNS CHALLENGE #36 - BINGO

Hi Peeps,

Here I am with my piece for the new Challenge over at SCRIBBLES DESIGNS CHALLENGES and this time we are doing #36 -  BINGO. This is my last piece on the DT and I thank Sandy and her Team for having me with them for the last few months :-D xxxx

Here is the BINGO grid that we are playing with...

 Simply create a card or other kind of project using any 5 items listed below in a row--across, down or diagonally, it is up to you.  For example, you might choose to work with the items in the second row down--glitter, pearls, patterned paper, a sentiment and the colour red.  Or maybe you'll choose to use all the items in the last row down under the 'O"--No patterned paper, red, washi tape, blue and some gems.  Whichever row you choose, just please be sure to mention in your post the items you have chosen to use.

For my piece  I used  "Mr Wool 3", "Party Hat" and "Rudy"   and I went downwards on the row under the "B"......  String/Glitter/brads/Punch/Brown

I cut out multiple Rudy heads and threaded them onto some red string to make a banner.  I added some green and red brads in the corners. Mr Wool was coloured up with Promarkers. My background paper is a freebie from MEINLILAPARK and I also used some punch cut edging and shiny green glitter Washi Tape that was sent to me by a dear Friend :-)
