QUOTH THE RAVEN CHALLENGE #34 - WEEK 3 POE-triotic

Hello and welcome to my piece for WEEK 3 over at Challenge #34 QUOTH THE RAVEN - POE-triotic  . I have completed another two pages of my altered mobile fone instruction booklet :-D

The flag is from LJS Designs 'You're a Firework' Kit and the POE image is from ButIDigress.

I used some scraps of card to make the red. white and blue edge borders with a Martha Stewart punch.

The Phrase along the middle is a quote by Mark Twain -

"In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot."

Thank you for popping over and we hope to see you play along at QUOTH THE RAVEN.

Challenges I am entering:

The Sisterhood of Crafters - Die cuts and/or Punches
OWH - Stars & Stamps

  6. How smart to alter a instruction book that would normally sit gathering dust or be thrown out. You did a wonderful job on this - love the hearts and the fun subject matter. Wonderfully done! Hugz!
