QUOTH THE RAVEN - QUEST 9

Hello Peeps,


Over at QUOTH THE RAVEN  - our POE inspired Bloggy - we have a new Quest for you...... THE MASQUE OF THE RED DEATH. Firstly, Congratulations are due to our Winner of the last Quest... So, this fortnight, your creations should be inspired by Poe's tale of the Red Death. If you are not familiar with the story, you can find it HERE.


Mine is a total digital put-together..... again you say ??!!! Still not able to do cutting and sticking AND I've just had a parcel of goodies delivered I can't play with. Oh, the suspense is killing LoL

Good Morning and Happy Thursday and a big WELCOME to SMEARED & SMUDGED FORUM Members' May  BLOG HOP.

The theme is CONFESSIONS - SMEARED IN INK. With this month's Mother's Day celebration, we thought it would be fun to have a few confessions from our Members.

So, we were challenged to use our art to show something that we had never told our MuM about ourself or something we had done.

My MuM passed away 5 years ago,  so there is no chance of her ever seeing this - not that I think she would have been surprised at what I did in my spare time a few years back now .... snort  !!!!

For my little audience I have used a collection of 'Grumpies' from Smeared Ink of course :-D I duplicated them a coupla times so I could paste them in rows. This is a digital piece since I am still unable to craft.  The frame is made up of bats from the 'Little Bit Batty' set, also from Smeared Ink.

So - there you have it. !! Definitely a sign of a semi mis-spent youth... but it was fun and the money was cool :-D     Now,  I am the last on the Hop list, but if you missed any or got lost along the way... here is the list, so why not hop away and see what my other Forum Sistahs got up to in their murky pasts, or what dark steamy secrets they have been hiding  :-D Tee Hee.

Do you love creating amazing projects that showcase skully goodness? Wanna get some traffic to your blog and share your obsession? Join us on June 4th for one wild blog hop event! We will be celebrating Skull Appreciation Day by featuring handmade projects that spotlight the much-loved cranium. We will also be giving away tons of freebies during the hop!


How can you participate, you ask? Well, there are a couple of ways to get in on the action. To spread the word,
 grab our button here and post it to your blog, facebook page, or website and share the info. Then come hop through the amazing projects on the 4th.

CRAFTING BELLA LOCKWOOD

Hello Everyone,
This week I am attempting to have a little play down here in my craft Dungeon. I am hoping NOT to stress out the sore 'paws' too much, but the boredom is driving me insane so I'm gonna risk it !!!!!


I have managed a little creation to enter a Competition set by Crafting Bella over on her Papercraft Planet Group . The prize is a set of Promarkers in 'Red'.... how cool. Can never have enough Promarkers.. right ???!!!  AND a choice of a free digi from Bella's Shop :-) 
So - Bella is giving a FREEBIE digi to work with for this Comp. She's called 'Maddy' and she's lovely. You get her from Bella's PP Group HERE.

So, onto my version of Maddy.......I coloured mine digitally and paper pieced her dress to match my background. Everything was done in PSE9 ... left-handed too, so not such a bad job I think :-D.

I have made a digital project - nothing uber exciting but I am working with an injured hand, and it's all done left-handed :-)
