Hello crafting Peeps and happy Sunday,
I am taking a bit of crafting time today.
I must say that I love books and always find joy in the fact that I have the ability to read. I really love the smell of old bookshops :-D
I saw a great Challenge over at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers and decided to use one of my own digis that I have never coloured up and used before. I drew it as a commission for one of my DT Girlz and I never really realized how complicated it was to colour hahahaha
It is called " THE BOOK DEN ".
Here is my card and I have set the image on a picture of an old crusty book :-D

I coloured it using Spectrum Noir Markers, and found a great quote on the Web.

Hello Peeps,
Having seen the latest Challenge at SISTERHOOD OF SNARKY STAMPERS, I couldn't resist joining in with a 'naughty' X rated Xmas piece.
I have used one of my own images here called  " BAD SANTA " coupled with papers from one of this month's Free sets from FAR FAR HILLS, called " Vintage Christmas 3 ".

I seem to have lost my day today... it's just flown past !!!

THAT's SO FUGLY !!

Hey Peeps - I am back again quickly eh ??!!!  LoL 

I just saw the latest SOSS Challenge and it's called F is for 'FUGLY' and it's tempting you to sort through your craft stuff and find something really nasty that you wouldn't use in a million years. !!
Well - a looooong while back I bought a set of paper pads from Paper Journeys and one of the pads is so disgusting that I wouldn't use any of it. !! I don't like the papers or any of the images, so it has festered in my stash for yeeeeeears !!
I forced myself to use a piece of the patterned paper with a cat trying to tear it's way out ............................ hee hee......

The background was made using an embossing folder smeared with ink pads in blue and black. I stamped the kitty and then cut open the Fugly paper to mimic the edges on the stamped image. I coloured the cat's eye with Copics.

I made some sentiment strips and stuck them on and Ta Da - there we are !!!

A LITTLE BIT SNARKY

Good morning - it's lovely and sunny here today and the weather woman says it will get up to 30 degrees this week.... wowza !!! in APRIL ?????

Anyways, I am popping in with my piece for the latest Challenge over at SOSS and their theme is J for Joke.
I have actually coloured up one of my own digis for this card. She is called 'Little Miss Innocence - NOT !!', and I have put here with papers from a freebie set I got last week called 'You're My Muse' by LIANA SCRAP, but I changed the colours in PSE9.

That's all I've got for now as it's cleaning day today and then I have to get the Blogs ready for tomorrow :-)

ANOTHER SNARKY CARD

I couldn't resist making up another snarky card for the  "O is for OLD " Challenge over at SISTERHOOD OF SNARKY STAMPERS.

Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and found that everything is travelling South  and when you bend down to touch your toes, your boobs hit the ground first ??? !! 
I especially feel this as this year I am going to be hitting another big 'something' ZERO Birthday !!!

Well - I did this digi a long while back now and decided to use it for this Challenge as it just about says everything about the effects of gravity and old age on our bodies :-)

What more is there to say ? !!!! LoL

Well - I am gonna scrape myself up off the floor now and go and get some coffee :-)
