Hello Peeps,
Here I am with a card for Christmas made up using all the little snippets of stuff that were left over in my Chrimbo box - there's still tons more in there. !!!

The little dog image was a free cling stamp by Daisies & Dandelions, which I think I got with a magazine but I can't remember. I coloured him lightly using Prismacolour pencils.

He's now going in my little box ready for Christmas - I hope to be more organised this year !! :-D

OSAAT CHALLENGE #233 - NATURE

This Fortnight's fantastic challenge at OSAAT is #233 and our theme is... NATURE.

Just make sure you include a woman digi, stamp or sentiment on your creation, it can be for any occasion.

For my piece I have used "CAMEL COOL" by ALIPEEPS ART. 




I coloured him with Tombow Dual Brushes and then added him to a very creepy, scary oasis background, which I don't think he's too happy about.... especially with the Vampire Flies !!!!

I don't think he's likely to survive the night.... Do You ????!!!! 

I reckon you will get that song stuck in your head today too bwaahahahaha :-D

I hope this goes up on time cuz I have had to schedule it since I won't be here to post manually. xx

p.s. Well - I'm back now and I can safely tell you that this DID NOT blooming well post on time with the Scheduler !!! Grrrrr !!!! :-(

HAUNTED DESIGN HOUSE MARCH CHALLENGE ...... "THE NAUGHTY CORNER"

It's March, and that means that it's time for a new Monthly Macabre Monday. YAY! Now, here in the dungeon, the Naughty Corner is always full of misbehaving Minions, so we chose that as the theme for this month's challenge. What does it mean in practical terms? You can either make a naughty project, or a project about someone or something who's been misbehaving or create something with corners, or decorate the corners. We LOVE to see all the different interpretations that people come up with. The Minions' two favourite creations get to display the March Macabre Masterpiece badge Remember, the person who gets the most badges by the end of the year will receive a glorious prize from the Minions, AND if you win one of the monthly challenges, you get a chance to be a Gruesome Guest Designer for the next challenge.

I have used one of my images from IKEsART which is called "TOOTH & CLAW" and in the corners I have used another of mine called "GNARLY HAND", which is available from StitchyBear Stamps. The images were coloured with Spectrum Noir pens. The hands were cut out and mounted on foam pads for a bit of 'pop' and the fingers adjusted to make different hand shapes.
The sentiment was a freebie from GINGER's HOUSE. The background paper is from CRAFTY CHAOS (sadly no longer trading).

For my piece I used "CHAINS OF LOVE" from STITCHY STAMPS and because it is 'WOMEN's DAY' I made a little flip-over book with inspirational quotes for every day use :-D

The images were coloured with Spectrum Noir pens and I used various snippets of backing papers and left-over embossed bits for the rest.

Hello there,
Just popping in with a Get Well card for a very good friend (who I know will take the joke) LoL
I have used  GUS - Tidbits "WTF !" by BUGABOO STAMPS

After colouring him, I printed him out 3 times and fussy cut him to layer up for 3D effect. I copied the tyres and bucket and used them down the side for embellishment on my Z fold card.

I will be off nopw to post this baby :-)

ART JOURNAL FUN

Happy Sunday Peeps,
I have been having fun browsing all sorts of Journal and mixed media sites to see what people do and I am finding some wonderful things.
I also found a Journal Challenge at ART JOURNAL JOURNEY, so I made something to enter.

The really great thing is - this art journal business is making me search through things I have got that I had completely forgotten about or bought and not used !! :-)  I am also finding stuff that is new and I will never use - impulse buys I guess. Maybe I will have to sell/swap those.   hahaha LoL

Anyways - I managed to get a relatively decent shot of the pearl sprays but it still doesn't show up well does it. ? Does anyone have any tips for taking pics of pearly shiny schtuff ???
